Want to Volunteer?

Volunteers have a major impact in our home for seniors. From visiting with seniors to serving coffee there is always a way to help improve the lives of our residents.

Examples of amazing changes our volunteers have made:

• One volunteer came in and visited a resident everyday that was lonely and refused to leave her room. Two weeks later that resident began attending activities regularly and began eating in the dining hall instead of alone in her room.
• Another volunteer comes in and leads a sing a long for our residents. This event brings live music and life into the center every week.
• Many high school students come in and volunteer weekly. This is an excellent form of community service and teaches respect and understanding of the elderly.
